Log In

Open your FoggieX desktop and log in. If you don’t have an account yet, please click ‘Don’t have an account?’ to register.

After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the main interface of FoggieX.

Activate your device

1. Locate your Foggie Max device

⓵ Click "Device."

⓶ Select 'Automatically Discover Devices'. This will enable the software to automatically search for nearby Foggie Max devices, which are typically assigned an internal IP through DHCP on your Local Area Network (LAN). Alternatively, you can manually input the IP of Foggie Max to add the device.

If you choose to discover your device manually, first check your network router for the connected device. Record the device's IP address from the router and enter it here.

After your devices are successfully discovered, click ‘Connect’ to connect your device and then go to the activation step:

2. Device Binding & Activation

⓵ Select Area: For regions outside of mainland China, please select "Hub" when activating the device. If you are in mainland China, please select "Alibaba Cloud."

⓶ Click " Activate Device ": This process may take 3-10 minutes.

Click ‘Activate device’ then your device will go to activation process which may take 3-10 Minutes

⓷ After successful activation, you can now use the device.
